Morris Machine Company is dedicated to being a world class manufacturing facility.
Morris Machine Company, Inc., established by J. Hadley & Bette Morris, has been proudly serving the aerospace industry since 1957. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to continuous improvement and the creation of a world class manufacturing facility.
Prior to 1980, we focused primarily on manual machining and custom fabrication. In the 1990s, with the advent of more modern CAD / CAM systems and equipment, we expanded our machining operations to more complex hardware. In the 2000s, continued growth allowed us to expand our machining operations and add two new manufacturing facilities. In 2011, an additional manufacturing facility was constructed to continue meeting the demands of our customers. As of 2015, we continue to grow and will be adding another manufacturing facility to support current and future needs.
The skill, craftsmanship, and dedication of our employees is at the heart of our continued growth in the aerospace industry. As we continue to grow, Morris Machine Company is and will be dedicated to providing a quality work environment for all of our employees.

It is the policy of Morris Machine Company, Inc. to meet or exceed all the contractual quality requirements of our present and future customers; and to produce a quality product, on time, and at the least possible cost.
To achieve this policy and to obtain and maintain the position of leader of the industry, Morris Machine Company, Inc. will maintain a comprehensive and dynamic Total Quality Management program which will meet or exceed the requirements of AS-9100 and ISO-9001 as applicable.
We believe in continually striving to improve all phases of our operation to maintain a leadership position in the marketplace.
